Stoyan Tsanev

Stoyan Tsanev (1946–2019) is a Bulgarian artist – graphic artist and painter, born in Burgas. He graduated in painting in Warsaw in 1973. He works in the fields of graphics, painting, small sculptures and ceramics. He is the winner of numerous national and international awards, including “Zachary Zograf” (2007). His works are kept in major galleries and private collections in Bulgaria and around the world. He lived and worked in the village of Laka until the end of his life.
